Responsible for the adaption of couplings and connectors in Europe. Main technical contact for external customers and internal departments. Ensure the efficient functioning and coordination of the project teams at different productions plants in Europe. Fulfilling cost, timeline and specification targets together with members of the sales department, quality and process engineering as well as continuous improvement of products and processes.

Responsible for coordination of tasks and activities for the intercompany transfer of products. Direct liaison with sending and receiving plants and the project team to establish the appropriate planning, training and action to ensure the project meets customer requirements. Effective coordination of the principal functions within the plant: Sales/ Engineering/ Operations/Purchase/ Quality/ Logistics, reporting directly to the head of the PTSB project management group.

Internal coordination of customer development demands for automotive and heavy duty with consideration of the technical potentials and the economic use. Supporting the technical account executives and care for the relevant information flow in the entire period from project start to serial production.

Coordination of productivity improvement measures, providing standardized methods, tools and processes. Tracking and reporting of process indicators of continuous improvement and efficiency projects in a manufacturing department. Responsibility for continuous improvement and efficiency projects - high, middle and low volume.
