Legal and Compliance support to ensure risk-free environment for continuous business operations, development of new procedures and internal process controls, ownership of compliance risk matrix and anti-corruption hotline, participation in Due Diligence; a big focus on human resource area with advise on personal data protection, Code of Conduct, development of compliance trainings, and responsibility for Business Ethics values.

Legal support: • Legal advice to management and employees on a daily basis • Internal and external legal audits • Management of legal risks In-house compliance service: • Creation and rework of compliance policies and procedures • Advice on Business Ethics and Compliance matters • Ownership of compliance risk matrix and corrective action plan; • Conducting trainings for management, employees and external stakeholders • Due diligence support; participation in risk mitigation plans

The position (other names include Assistant Judge, Deputy Judge, Associate Judge) covers the entire lawsuit support from receipt of the legal claim to the drafting of the court ruling. This type of court is the last authority before the Supreme Court, therefore a big part of work is dealing with the Supreme Court dismissals.

Newly created position offered much freedom and challenges to establish Legal function basically from zero; it was also very demanding in efforts on the full HR cycle support, which was closely integrated with legal requirements; gave opportunities to lead interesting projects, e.g. quality management system certification and trademark registration. Very diverse and interesting experience has been gained within the short period of time.

Duties included the ones described above for Assistant Judge, with additional focus on labor legislation.
