Setting-up a rep. office and developing new markets; Recruitment and selection of staff; Developing and generating sales from existing base towards monthly target; Controlling daily airfreight bookings and operations; Preparation of rates and quotes for local and overseas customers and agents; Coordinating the cooperation between the office and domestic or international airfreight carriers; Supervising the export of freight for full cargo aircraft loads and bulk cargo.

Managing all operations performed involving the transport of airfreight; Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieving maximum efficiency; Obtaining quotes for transportation and making cost comparisons; Supervising loading/unloading of special cargoes on Antonov An-225 Mriya (the largest cargo aircraft in the world); Supporting the development of existing and new customers; Responsible for shipping and costs data gathering and analysis; Attending air shows.

Building new project from ground up by developing a strong rapport with potential customers, finding their particular needs and matching their needs with specific products; Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost; Researching market competition and their prices to stay ahead of the key players in the marketplace; Providing necessary assistance in negotiating with manufactures and suppliers; Maintaining full responsibility for exported good line including shipment.

Supervising and management of a staff; Negotiating with local, national and international freight forwarders and couriers; Organizing and controlling air and sea shipment operations; Working with multiple customers at the same time; Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner; Visiting key clients to build relationships and identifying their key needs; Supervising the completion of all checks and required documentation; Fiscal planning, profit plans and coordinated pricing.

Ensuring efficient running of administration and office procedures; Establishing and implementing logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements; Involving in developing sales & pricing strategies; Planning the quickest and least costly transport routes; Controlling transportation and distribution costs; Negotiating transportation rates and services with couriers; Coordinating the cooperation between FESA and the agents.
