Market Entry Strategy

As a manager, I managed a design-engineering group called Advanced Linear Products (ALP) and was responsible for the overall product development milestones from concept to design, validation and mass production. My role required close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of development with key customers and suppliers. As a lead engineer, I led the design of Integrated Circuits that are used in Wireless Phones, Laptop Computers and Base Stations in Si and GaAs technologies.

I designed Wireless LAN hardware and filled various roles in this dynamic start-up. Experience includes system analysis, design implementation, validation, mass-production at Contract Manufacturers, field customer support, regulatory compliance (FCC) and safety compliance (CSA, UL).

I designed Integrated Radio Circuits for 3G wireless phones utilizing IBMs BiCMOS Semiconductor-Foundry Technology at IBM's Communication Research and Development Center (CRDC).
