I am graduated in Chemical Engineering and have Master Degree in Business Administration and Engineering Management. I specialized in Quality Management Systems (IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO9001) with 7 years of experience. Also, I got Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. I have strong expertise in establishing and maintaining quality management systems and quality auditing and notable knowledge of lean quality tools and statistics. My main experiences and achievements to date are ability to mentor in advanced statistical concept and problem-solving methodology, DOE, Poka-Yoke establishing, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA processes, quality audits, maintaining AS9100, ISO13485 and IATF16949 systems. Currently, I am working as Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement for ROKETSAN, one of the leading defense companies in Turkey, and maintaining QMS, measure customer satisfaction and performing Lean 6 Sigma studies.

To maintain AS9100, ISO9001, AQAP2310, To measure process maturity levels according to AS9101 and EFQM, To consult the teams on Lean 6 Sigma Projects and give trainings, To participate OEE and line productivity studies, To participate FMEAs and FTA with Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) conducting statistical analysis studies such as process capability (i.e. Cpk, Ppk) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analyses (MSAs) To measure customer satisfaction (internal/external).
