As part of my Small Business & Retail Management bachelor at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences I will conduct a research into the opportunities of a CVJO in Germany. CVJO is an incubator who serves to starting entrepreneurs (0-5 years registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce) and start-ups. There are six CVJO’s spread across the East of Holland and three are to be founded in 2013. With the East of Holland covered, CVJO wants to make a connection across the border.

I chose to conduct a research as part of my free minor. Together with Matthijs Hammer we conducted a research of summerschools with the subject of Entrepreneurship. Intern Information Point As a solution for the lack of higher-educationed interns in Doetinchem, Doetinchem asked Adigo to deliver a solution which is non-commercial and fits well within the communication plan of Doetinchem. We’ve made a book which contains all the information of acquiring an intern in six steps. On the 13th September 2011 the first book was delivered to the chairman Work & Education of the Entrepreneurs Network IG&D by the head of Economical Development of Doetinchem.

At CVJO: - I conducted a research into the opportunities of augmented reality. - I did some background work for Achterhoek 2020 - I organized a brainstormsession with the GPS-method from Flanders DC - I took part of several brainstormsessions within en outside CVJO - I examined the regulations of German packaging tax for a Dutch Company - I conducted a market research of a modular concrete system - A lot of other fun stuff!

Ecovisie is a company in the sustainability market. It has innovative products and its led by an innovative entrepreneur. I’ve written a business plan and helped with several tasks (like communication, administration and several conventions/trade fairs)

Bulot is a company in the business of industrial automation. For acquiring new clients, I’ve made a marketing plan containing: - A new website, build by myself with a CMS - A brochure, designed by myself and send to the target group we’ve selected for Bulot

TKT is an entrepreneurial network for tech-companies. I conducted a survey among the members of TKT.
