Graduated from psychology and a master's degree in HR. Both my bachelor's and master's thesis have been focused in Employee Engagement, which has been my main interest, but I've been interested also in organisational communication, team building, culture, leadership and Talent Development. I'm currtently in Saarbrücken, but I'm open for positions in other German cities. My colleagues usually know me for my communication skills and my motivation to learn. I've been self-taught all my life, so I'm constantly looking for new ways to do improve my performance. I can speak 6 languages, and I'm studying German. Optimism and passion for people are my fuel in life. I'm looking forward to new challenges!
