Über mich

Professionally, I feel like I have had 'nine lives.' My career has spanned across the public, private, non-profit sectors and in two continents. Although at a glance they are seemingly unrelated, my experiences have given me valuable insights into various industries, work environments, business models, and workplace culture. In each role, I have enjoyed looking for ways to improve existing systems and processes to fit human needs, for all potential users. In 2017 I completed a Master's degree in Integrated Design with a focus on Service Design. My thesis was on the topic of feedback and how we might collect more comprehensive, qualitative input from customers on products/services during the creation process.
