Handling export operations for finished goods to the Middle East.

1. Handling complete order-to-cash (O2C) operations for the consumer business (Scotch-Brite). 2. Tracking imports, assisting with documentation and clearance processes. 3. Liaising with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely dispatches. 4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for handling complaints and initiating other cases.

1. Managing complete procure-to-pay (P2P) operations (direct and indirect). 2. Negotiating and comparing quotes for maximum cost minimization. 3. Strong follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery. 4. Completed CAPEX procurement for the year 2021. 5. Assist with demand and supply planning (MRP). 6. Raw material procurement in accordance with the MRP. 7. Analyze forecast accuracy and assist with S&OP for monthly regional reporting.

1. Freight forwarding documentation (Import and Export). 2. Data migration from legacy software to the new ERP system (K5).
