Lead/Manage the HR Department with 5 employees. Advise & guide Board of Directors, Executive Team and Management to HR-relevant topics and questions. Management of Reorganization of the company to match the company structure to the new strategy. In-House Recruiting for Management Positions, guidance for 2 Recruiters within daily recruiting. Optimization of HR-Processes within Recruiting, Training & Development and HR Administration. Represent the company in legal aspects concerning employment and labor law

Further development of Training & Development Strategy. Implementation of a e-Recruiting & Talent Management Software. Building up In-House Call Center / recruiting of up to 40 employees within 3 months. Process Owner Recruiting Process and its improvement. Optimizing HR Marketing incl. developing and implementation of Social Media Strategy & Recruiting. Recruiting of approx. to 30-40 employees p.a. HR Business Partner for approx. 160 employees with performance reviews and managing the employee life cycle.

Managing several reorganization projects within manufacturing department / TechOps on shop floor. Selection of internal candidates for new positions together with the Recruiter within organizational change projects. Implementation of new working hour models (flexi time and rotating shift work (5-Schichtbetrieb). Implementation of job and skill profiles. Advising Managers and Team leaders in Change Projects. Cooperation with the works council within change projects
