We aim to characterize revascularization and angiogenic events occurring after transplantation of surgical material with a potential to be used in clinics e.g., for breast reconstruction. Major activities: - Collaborating with external experts - Biostatistics and data analysis - Research in the field of regenerative medicine
My research focused on the molecular interplay between autophagy - one of the main pathways of cellular degradation, and cell growth regulation. Major activities: - Independent project management - Collaborations with other research units and external project’s stakeholders - Monitoring of a project’s progress according to predefined milestones - Data management and documentation - Coaching of technical staff in techniques and data processing - Reviewing of research manuscripts
