• Worked in Convergent Billing System (CBS) project • Product design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery as per the requirements from the customer site (more than 45 clients over the world) • Implemented a number of web services for handling transactions of the Billing module of CBS • Drafting solution implementation, technical designs, work plan and other documents related to the system and handling different types of customer site issues.
