Responsibilities included the preparation of the tendering packages which contained: 1. BOQs 2. Preambles 3. Specifications 4. Drawings 5. Responsibility Matrices In addition to that, responsibilities included assessing the PQDs of different subcontractors prior inviting them to tender for several work packages of the project. Plus, I was coordinating with the Construction Operations Team to ensure that the procurement process was applied properly.
