• Conducted research on the topic of “Material Flow & Handling Improvement” on the Hella Golf A7 line. • Performed line balancing on the assembly line which led to a 10% increase in its efficiency. • Utilized Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce wastes which led to an 11.5% increase in productivity of the line. • Conducted a simulation of the assembly line on FlexSim Software that theoretically reduced the work-in-process between stations by 93.6% which led to an improvement in the material flow.
