• Lead and participate in project’s improvement (Lean-sigma, One Safran) • Optimize mass production (production lines, machines, tools, etc.). • Manage the manufacturing and control file (work instructions, nomenclatures, management of consumables). • Support the production teams (problem analysis, technical support). • Participate in internal audits and ensure their success. • Co-guarantee safety and ergonomics within the scope of action.

• Ensure the overall quality of the manufactured product and propose new improvements. • Provide training for all production personnel. • Pursue the plant's strategic and operational objectives. • Participate in the production of new products. • Coordinate and support the launch of new improvement projects. • Optimize the resources to be used, the organization of work and production deadlines. • Participate in the improvement and reliability of the process.

• Optimize the organization and implementation of production workshops (5S, flow, etc.). • Pilot the industrialization of new products / processes (Reporting, follow-up...). • Provide technical support to production, quality and maintenance departments. • Respect and take into account the Safety and Environment rules set by the company. • Define the necessary resources for manufacturing, assembly or control of the parts produced. • Design and create tools for monitoring and analysing production activities

• Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing projects. • Manage component / product switchovers. • Improve cycle time and workstation ergonomics. • Make production processes more reliable by identifying malfunctions, defining corrective actions, and contributing to their implementation. • Manage / participate in improvement projects (SMED, VSM, 5S, ramp-up, etc.). • Ensure the management and improvement of flows (supplies at stations, frequencies, computer and physical locations).
