• Management of Technology Transfer projects of commercialized products from Europe/North America to MENAP region (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan) and India: Gap assessment, Data transfer, Analytical transfer, Process characterization, Process validation and Stability. • Technical support to manufactured products including Reformulation, Trouble Shooting and Change Contro • Technical support to Regulatory Affairs for registration and variations management

• Supervise the Pharmaceutical development for the drug product from the pre-clinical stage up to Phase III clinical trial (Oral solid dosage forms) • Develop innovative drug delivery systems that match the targeted clinical profiles (Modified drug release, Poorly soluble NCEs …). • Identify, audit and work with Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMOs) and consultants to meet project timelines and goals • Supervise production and supply for pre-clinical and clinical studies

• Formulation development of solid and liquid oral dosage forms. • Stability and scale-up at manufacturing location. • Process validation and trouble shooting. • Technical evaluation of Licensing-in opportunities and audit of suppliers and sub-contractors. • Management of Five formulation scientists.
