Working in 24x7 environments with thousands of DB’s in one of the biggest financial bank. Working as ORACLE and MS-SQL DBA in Production Support; Using RAC and non RAC environment, SQL 2005 -2008R2 Responsible for identifying production issues or taking support calls from business clients while managing incidents from inception to resolution. Managing and monitoring DB, backup and restore; Implementation of new release and bug fix by using ITIL methodology.

* BI tools creating or modifying SSIS packages and DTS’s also create and deployed and manage reporting services (SSRS) * Oracle Grid control (OEM) – installation monitor and configuration * Oracle replication Golden Gate, Installation and configuration. * Upgrade Old legacy DB to 11G

Oracle DBA in versions 8i,9,10g,11g Platforms: windows UNIX and Linux * Install of ORACLE server and clients; * Perform RMAN backup resolving storage and backup issues; MS SQL Server DBA in versions: 2000/ 2005/2008/2008 R2. * Manage over 300 DB’s. Installation and upgrade of SQL server * Identify, diagnose, and resolve database application bottlenecks on production level systems;

• Database maintenance including troubleshooting and performance tuning • Installations of new SQL and Oracle Databases and Upgrade of existing ones • In charge of Backup and restore processes

Product Owner of application called MCS(Material Control System), sustain and develop supporting tools and monitories that improve the reliability of the application, upgrade application version, and configuration files . Create and delivered training package for technicians and first level support engineers. Programming web application to support manufacturing efficiency using ASP technology.

Responsible for maintaining and managing a team of 4 EE’s in a Shift (Shift Lead), first level support for Clean Room technician automations problems. Work to improve supporting documents, and to develop monitors for automation applications. Managing morning ops meetings, perform backup to data for critical application.
