Support profit improvement decisions in the area of Network and IT, through financial analysis and investigation, benchmarking for best operating practice,financial and operational modelling,reporting and control. •Proactively undertake investigations and analysis that demonstrates Network and IT key profit drivers,spot sources for efficiency improvements. •Conceptualize,design and operate profitability models for Network and IT elements.

-treating Billing Error/PIN Error trouble tickets -traffic/profit reports making use of SQL queries -recruiting new team members for the Operations Department -training the new hires -supervising and evaluating the Operation Department's members -participating in the middle-management inter-departmental meetings and contributing to the process of taking decision regarding Operations Department -learning new operational applications and training the other team members
