Course Manager for the diploma in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. This work entailed administrative and developmental issues such as external accreditation (IChemE, ISO 9001), regular course review, initiation and implementation of new developments as well as overlooking students' progress.

Supported development of new chemical components (coatings, thick film elements, decoration) including design of testing tools and programs. Scaled up and implemented new chemical processes as well as improved existing mass production processes including troubleshooting using tools such as statistical process control, root cause analysis and design of experiments. Transferred new technologies from The Netherlands to Singapore, including 7 months attachment to Philips Research, The Netherlands.

Headed department consisting of six people. Optimised processes with regard to production as well as chemical formulation of silicones and resins. Worked as interface of the department with production, installed and started-up a vacuum embossing machine. Project management of all investment and maintenance projects. Headed all quality management activities (ISO 9001:2000, SOP) for the engineering department.
