Controlling rental payments, accumulating accounting data, revenues and expenses, preparing utilities and deposit statements. Solicitation of offers, placement of orders to craftsmen companies, planning and maintenance of construction measures. Complaint management; correspondence with lawyers, research and analysis of the facts, attainment of extrajudicial solutions.

Market and data analysis, assessment of value for private objects. Direct customer support during valuation (incl. object visitation). Region-Mass-Valuation, preparation of official reports, calculation of real estate taxes for single objects. Processing of digital cadaster data. Gained Qualification certificate (state-approved).

Thesis „Application of Bionic Principles in Buildings“. Processing and presentation of various projects (Planning of finances and necessary resources for execution of a project, economic analysis of one town with future predictions, development of one business plan for a fictional company).
