Miklos Mihalcso

I work as a Project Manager at Storm-7 Consulting in the fields of Sales and Marketing. I am currently looking for companies and individuals for whom Storm-7 Consulting could possibly help to comply with different financial regulations. I am dealing with the following regulatory areas: AEOI (FATCA & CRS), CCP, CSDR, Market Abuse (MAD 2 MAR), MiFID II.

I was working at Contitech’s Commercial Department where my task was to help traders by managing incoming orders. I was using SAP, an enterprise application software to enter incoming orders into the company’s database, and I was also in charge of managing Microsoft Excel and Word databases regarding the orders. Due to the administrative focused job scope, my computer skills improved significantly during this internship period.

I held presentations for seminar groups to give them practical, real life examples of the theory we were dealing with during the lectures. Furthermore, I was involved in the evaluation process of student group projects, and I was also creating examination questions. By the end of this period I not only acquired deeper theoretical knowledge regarding the topics I was dealing with, but I also gained useful presentation skills and consequently I became more confident while speaking in front of an audience.

I have spent 6 months as an Erasmus semester at UCL, conducting business studies. My main subjects were Project Management and Marketing.

During my Master studies I was working on a lot projects with the partner companies of my university. In project teams we had to find viable solutions for their Branding / Marketing Communication / Product Development issues or find new, more effective sales channels for their products.

During my Bachelor studies I have learned all the basics of economics and I have also gained extensive business knowledge while I have acquired the theoretical background of economics. The major emphasis, however was on the theoretical education of Commerce and Marketing.
