Responsible for project management on Aerospace Business Unit for the Europe Customers. - Lead and execute large and complex aerospace projects with a multi-functional team - Define scope, time schedule, critical paths, commercial objectives, risks, opportunities - Monitor and report on delivery progress, commercial forecast and quality issues

• Manage all customer change activities: budget, planning & executing • Manage all engineering and VAVE change activities • Approve all technical/project documentation • Technical review (design review, FMEA) • Leadership role in the coordination of the team member activities, customer and supplier management • Monitoring team/projects targets • Accountable for forecasting of the budgets • Reporting of the target-performance comparison • Responsible for people management and team development
