Coordinating the cooperation and communication between foreign clients / outside counsel and attorneys regarding IP issues. Preparation and filing of patent / trademark applications. Coordinating with and helping the outside counsel on various trademark issues (Search, Opposition, AIC action etc.). Tracking all the deadlines, including legal time limits, designated time limits and internal time limits. Double check of routine correspondences to keep the clients informed of the application.
