Combining the ability to think strategically with 5+ years of consulting experience and 10+ years of hands-on experience at all levels of a large multi-line international insurer (5 years each at Headquarter and Country Units), my passion is to turn strategy into action (Operational & Tactical Execution Plans) and deliver tangible business results. I believe in the fundamental power of purpose of our work - linking strategic goals (where we want to be) to where we are today by giving the reason WHY it is worthwhile to take the path to get there - as a key driver to form highly performing teams that exhibit high levels of employee satisfaction. To do so I employ Lean and Agile methods centered around “CommCells” and structured Problem Solving to achieve customer focus and results orientation, institutionalize continuous improvement and simplicity, foster personal development and connect our daily work to strategy & purpose to make it more meaningful, driving the required results.
