Founded in 2009, Captain Train was acquired by Trainline in 2016. • Planning the integration between Captain Train and Trainline products. • Defined the Product roadmap for the engineering team (20 engineers in total). • Elaborated the overall strategy jointly with the CEO, COO, CMO and CTO of the company. • Built a team of 3 people to handle Product across the company (2 Product Managers, 1 Designer).
