Construction of Waste Zone and Sanitary facilities. Implementation of MSF standards. Training and coaching of staff.

DRC, North Kivu, Pinga Responsibilities: Construction, Electricity, IT, Communications, Vehicle Fleet Management, Base Management, WatSan; Supervising a team of 19 National Staff; Security responsible for project (backup); Accomplishments: Construction of multiple wood and brick structures (Warehouse, Health Center, Latrines, Residential Building). Management of security incidents. Implementation of MSF standards. Training and coaching of staff. Recruitment of 2 staff members.
