Manager of the Advanced Quality Systems Department within the Seating Product Group. This role is mainly dealing with FMEAs, the methodology, sofware etc. on a worldwide basis. Manager of a team based in Germany & Poland.

Quality Engineer for an aluminium cylinder head casting company based in Northern Ireland. From August 1996 based at customers engine assembly plant in Cologne, Germany as Resident Engineer dealing with quality, delivery, logistic issues for all cast propducts delivered by my company from throughout the UK.

Started my career in Quality management. Starting in pre-delivery inspection. The company supported my education and qualifications, paying for my college fees over a 5 year period. Was given the responsibility for implementing the documented quality system for the entire plant, achieving certification to BS5750. Worked as Technical Engineer for 4 years responsible for specific customer technical and quality issues.
