Key achievement: initiated and facilitated the implementation of a long-term strategic planning function, with the intention of aligning organisational priorities, and defining a long-term direction for the organisation. Additional functions undertaken include: • Global business development, involving stakeholder management internationally • Data integrity and management, ensuring the quality and validity of qualitative data to support the production of Vencon's key reports and publications.

Worked in the Corporate Strategy Group on long term strategy and performance, and energy/environmental analyses. • Supported corporate strategy, including preparation of the 2012-2014 Corporate Plan • Prepared reporting frameworks for strategic and operational performance • Coordinated reviews of over 100 infrastructure and energy projects • Analysed and reported on clean energy and sustainability trends globally • Lead/assisted regulatory compliance of Departmental operations
