This includes the coordination of Munich RE's largest IT Project Investment Cluster and some of its biggest individual projects/programs. Continuously delivering value by improving overall Delivery/Best Practices and realizing synergies across a portfolio of more than 25 international projects.
Responsible for the continuous transformation of Munich RE's most important Underwriting Applications ("Underwriting Platform") by coordinating multiple, agile projects. The Platform is used by the entire global Reinsurance Organization (Non-life) and covers all risks and classes of business within. The products support the entire Underwriting Lifecycle. The platform is Munich RE's main source of portfolio information, individual treatment of risks and mass business handling.
