Carrying out analysis using Ansys Mechanical under static loading conditions before axles and molds manufacturing. Design verification, durability, fatigue and thermal analysis of welds in Ansys. Preparing the CAE reports and sharing them with related departments and customer. MTS brand hydraulic rigs are used for tests. Planning and execution of vertical, side skid, torsional fatigue, static displacement and custom tests of axle housings, tag axles and related test fixtures used in test center.

I completed my 5 weeks internship in the engineering department. I gained experience about R&D engineering applications, flowforming process, steel wheel manufacturing and assembly process.

I completed my manufacturing internship in casting and machining lines for a total of 5 weeks. I had opportunity to develop myself in high pressure aluminum casting and machining methods.
