As the Head Evangelist my Job is to be an active ambassador of our businesses, products and services. Spread the positive message about our mission and brand to advocate it for others. I am placed in the People & Culture team (pretty cool team by the way) in which I have also been actively involved in sourcing and recruiting nevertheless my main focus is employee retention and the culture part.

My duties as Head of Sports are on the one hand to test products and tools for their applicability in live operation (everyday studio work) and on the other hand I take care of occupational health management for the company complex. So i am placed in the HR team (pretty cool team by the way). In which I have also been actively involved in sourcing and recruiting. Main focus is employee retention.
