The main tasks are structuring, coordination and project lead of the logistics mandates in Germany as well as customer acquisition. - Valuations of various asset classes including logistics, office, retail and residential using different nationally and internationally recognized valuation methods such as income approach, discounted cash flow, term & reversion and residual method.

- Project Manager in the retail development department of Fraport AG, managing the development / reconstruction of shops at Frankfurt Airport. - Major project: Opening of Pier A+ with approx. 60 shops and restaurants.

- Internship as a real estate broker with focus on office leasing in Frankfurt am Main.

- Work in various departments of Fraport AG at Frankfurt Airport, e.g. Valuation (valuation of properties at Frankfurt Airport), Asset Management (leasing and management of office- and retail space and lounges at Frankfurt Airport), Property Management, Facility Management.
