In Savino del Bene Spa I was in charge of transport planning and route optimization for both domestic and international full loads, partial loads, groupage, food, hazardous goods, abnormal loads; services for fairs and exhibition centres, price negotiation with clients and contractors, budget optimization, profit-sharing, cost-splitting analysis. I managed transports from/to: Spain, Portugal, Greece.
