Marta Subiranas Ballesté

Moved from my hometown to Berlin to start my career into aviation as a flight attendant. Right now, looking for a new challenge! I studied Administration in Barcelona and worked as a assistant administrative for a manager deprtament. On my daily tasks I was answering and directing phone calls & emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, booking travel arrangements, keep the manager’s agenda updated… among other tasks. I’m familiar with office package: word, excel, power point etc. and I have lot of experience on customer service. My native language is Spanish and Catalan but I’m completely fluent with English as I lived in London before and I have the B1 level in French. Trying to learn german right now! I am a very flexible person, responsible and polite. I adapt easily to new situations and I learn quickly new skills. I’m looking for an office job such as administrative assistant but I’m open to try any other departments inside the company. Wish you a lovely day, Marta
