o Restructured the medical business segment and prepared for divestment (Sempermed, largest Semperit segment with ca. 400m USD revenues): - Fully responsible for the divestment process, leading negotiations with potential buyers mainly in Asia (on hold since Q3 2020 due to COVID pandemic) - Since Q4/2020 managing legal restructuring efforts within the segment o Implemented global restructuring projects end-to-end (e.g., plant closure in China, plant divestment in Italy)
