Responsibilities: - Managing and coordonating the production department formed by aproximatelly 70 persons. - Coordonating production for existing production lines and also starting and implementing new projects and production capacities in Romania. - Managing production capabilities, machines, personnel and the other production related resurces. - Following, managing and reporting the main production and delivery indicators.

Responsibilities: - Conceiving and managing the production plan for the leather sewing section, which is a part of the production process for all steering wheels projects. - Managing the production process and adapting it to the needs of the internal clients for a good process flow and good deliveries to the clients. - Following the stocks levels for the semi finished goods and permanently optimize and report these levels.

Responsibilities: - To create a production plan and to implement it into the informatical system. - To ensure the availability of the raw materials to the production site and to supervise the production process for an average production of 600 000 pairs of ski boots and 200 000 pairs of ski every year. - To work together and to communicate continuously with the partners factories and also with the implicated departments from Romania and France: supplying, engineering, sales department etc.
