I have been involved in various system deployments. Preparing design document using UML, data model documents and supporting development team during design and development. I have performed re-engineering and business modelling on the departments in which I have worked. I have helped the Organization with the migration of several information from different repositories and systems to a consolidated database, providing a sustainable base for deploy of ERP SAP Billing.

Took part and responsibility in the preparation of data modelling and data mining project plans, developing and implementing different tools for data management. I assisted the organization as a Business Analyst and KDD Analyst. Managing massive data sets collected from different sources, producing various reports which were used by senior staffs or by clients.
