As part of Andrea Luehmann's audit team I provide assurance services to our portfolio of international clients in the manufacturing and service industry. I regularly travel with our audit team and conduct audits of our clients' financial statements. Being on site allows us to fully understand the clients operations before focusing on the financials.

• Worked alongside a team of three, quickly learning both NetSuite and QuickBooks to complete general ledger accounting, maintain subsidiary ledgers and reconcile GACC accounts. • Completed sales tax preparation, intercompany and multi-currency bank account reconciliation and responsible for month-end closing process. • As a part of a small team, collected each department’s reported forecasts for the 2016 fiscal year, performing analysis resulting in a summary report for the German Government.

Collaborated with a small consulting team to deploy operations improvement strategies for a regional energy supply company in Essen • Supported account management and customer service teams to identify and solve operational issues

As an Assistant in the Accounting Department I was responsible for: - Monitoring and enforcement of collection procedures - Reporting to the management and the responsible project director - The control and registration of incoming and outgoing invoices - The registration and monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments

Completed the HSBC Apprentice Program as Management Assistant for Office Communication with high marks. Went through multiple departments within the company during apprenticeship and participated in daily business activities (Departments including: Human Resources, Private Wealth Management, Internal Auditing, Public Relations, IT and Family Office Customer Department)
