Report directly both to CEO Adama Chile and the CFO of Adama Americas, responsible for the planning, operating performance and leadership of the corporation’s financial, accounting and administrative functions. Accountabilities include forecasting, capital and operating budgeting, cash management, treasury, foreign trade, internal controls compliance, payroll, IT, HR and general administration.

- Monthly/quarterly updating and reporting of current projects ( Order intake, Backlog, Revenue recognition, Financial KPIs, Cash flow, Debtor, NWC & Roce, Financial risks, Impact from inflation, FTE, headcount, personnel cost and safety, Balanced scorecard, Continuous financial controlling, Q&A Compliance FLS internal policies and procedures, what-if analysis, cost analysis, others for O&M Manager and CFO of FLS Chile, Finance in Salt Lake City, Utah, US and FLS Copenhagen, Denmark.

Rixin is owner of an iron ore mining property and manages several developments with chilean companies in iron and gold ore industry. The position considers manage all topics in legal mining, environmental impact declaration, prefeasibility studies, drilling campaign, preparation of basic & detail engineering, evaluation of mining equipment and prepare a final report with a financing option to the project. Status of the project was stand by, decision taken from Board of Directors in China.

Responsible for development and maintenance of a KPI System which lets control and monitoring for all parameters belong to the CAP Group. The system considers KPIs over finance, sales, production process, HR and sustainability & legal areas which manage over 125 KPIs and over 30 reports giving full support to the decision makers of the company (based on a BI platform design in SAP Business Objects).
