Evaluate and generate report for component regarding REACH compliance.

Manage the PLM Activities and prepares the drawings in TcE for Tech release. 3. Initiate the Weekly project review meetings with Onsite and Offshore. 4. Present technical acceptability of the DAR and get the approvals from DARB Chair person or EASA member.

Create the DMU (JT models) of the whole engine for engine assembly team. 3. Manage the PLM and TcE activities. 4. Update the Engine parts and Assembly in NX. 5.Update the Build List Amendments in the DMU.

Deputation from Quest Global as Design Engineer to Hydro system KG. Duties, 1. Managing PLM and TcE Activities, 2. Update the design changes for the GSE tools, 3. Investigate and find the solution for the GSE tool complaints received from the Shop floor team. 4. Create or update Operation design and maintenance documents.

Provide technical advice for external customers and internal engineering functions and involve in product and process design of medical, automotive and home appliance components.

Create Product Model and Drawing for automobile and electronics parts using Pro E. Generation of Customer View Models (CVM) as per the specific needs of the clients. Incorporate the engineering changes to models and drawings according to the customer specific needs.

Responsible for provide the detailed instructions to technicians as well as supplier regarding the requirements for the mold developments. Qualities checking of the components received from Supplier, Technician and attend the design review meeting. Supervising the assembly of the molds, attend the mold trials and product prototype review meetings.
