 Working as Deployment and L2, L3 Production Support Engineer for the Team.  Working on Incident management, change management  Ensuring priority issues are handled well and fix it within agreed SLA(Service level agreement)  Joining integrated teams on conference call to fix the issue and find out the root cause analysis  Writing Unix shell scripts, Ansible Playbooks for automation and to reduce manual overhead  Involved in server patching, Vulnerability remediation activities

 Providing permissions to the traders to trade on specific exchanges (SGX, SNGSE, HKSE, KLPSE, NSE)  Supporting the trading applications mercury, Prism 24/7 365 days  We do production deployments/changes in Unix box after approval from business/head ( RFC)  Weekend maintenance activities like re booting unix servers and taking necessary actions pre and post activity.  Quarterly maintenance activities on the Unix/Windows servers and involving in BCP

1. Write Unix shell scripts which sends database extracts to stake holders at the scheduled time. 2. Pro-active monitoring of operational system processes and data feeds 3. Managing system deployments across all environments (Dev, Test and Live) 6. Developing, Testing and Deployment in coding as part of service improvement. 9. Fix job failures and provide the root cause after analyzing the code
