I have 9+ years of experience in the ISP and IT industry, with a strong background in service delivery, project management, program management, and people management. I hold certifications in CCNA, ITIL, , Six Sigma & Prince2 which demonstrate my technical, operational, and process improvement skills. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles and applications. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions to meet the needs and expectations of ISP clients, as well as leading and empowering teams to achieve excellence and efficiency. I value collaboration, communication, and continuous learning, and I strive to enhance my knowledge and skills in the ISP and IT domain.
