 Design a map as a team for an appropriate implementation according to the project demands.  Add some modules to open source projects for integrating partitioned tasks doing by different developers in the company.  Add RESTful web services instead of old protocols in other projects and make them useful for current project.  Full implementation of some applications. Such as: NETCONF Server/client, SNMP Manager, REST API Applications. mostly by JAVA and some of them by Python.

 Add REST APIs to electronic devices such as microcontrollers and make them suitable to work with RESTful web services.  Full implementation of industrial protocols like MODBUS, CANBUS and so on.  Make a small network with RF and nRF modules.  Working with serial interfaces like RS232, RS485.  Produce a data logger device and its user interface on PC.
