Boosting the R&D budgeting process, business planning; Raising funds through R&D related tax incentives, collaborative grants in IT and energy efficiency ; and building relationships with Higher Education and technology agents.

Head of Finance and Admin of the Transportation Division of Telvent - the IT business unit of Abengoa-, accountable for all aspects of the P&L Management -Finance, Admin, Annual Budget&Control, Strategic Plan, Human Resources, R&D Programs and Manufacturing costs- of the Division

Promoting the international activities of the company to enhance its presence in the international markets, building relationships with new customers and strategic partners in the automobile industry throughout Europe, North Africa and Latin Amrica. Doubling the Export Sales of the company in just a year.
