1-Review hardware design for the completed system. 2-Review electrical device placement and Safety emergency zone. 3-Review schematic drawing. 4-Provide technical support for the team. 5-Project pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup. 6-Apply all design specifications procedures and safety regulation, design calculation (400VAC, Safety Zones, AS-i Networks, PROFIBUS, CAN BUS and Ethernet). 7-Design and implement the detailed electrical wiring diagram and panel layout using EPlanP8 V2.6.

1-Manage all phases of executing projects that are implemented in a manufacturing area. 2-Set preventive and corrective maintenance plan and supervision on execution. 3-Supervise manufacturing lines Maintenance according to SOP Standard Operating Procedure. 4-Maintained, modified and developed all automated system. 5-Investigator upon any malfunctions occurred in manufacturing area in order to Corrective Action and Preventive Action. 6-Contact with foreign technical support abroad.

1-Prepare projects Bill of materials BOM. 2-Implementation software for projects using SIMATIC STEP-7 "PLC – S7300 / 400". 3-Implementation graphical interface "HMI" using SIMATIC WinCC Flexible. 4-Migration old systems from S5 to S7. 5-Develop electrical wiring diagrams for control cabinets and motor control cabinets using "e-Plan" 6-Responsible for supervision on MCC and control cabinets’ construction. 7-Tests required for Panels 8-FAT, SAT, and Commissioning.
