Marché Amir: Manager and co-owner of a restaurant (Sept-Iles) with shop.

Set-up in a building of 19 floors, 150 rooms. 1 block from its sister hotel Le Montfort. The same responsibility as above.

Set-up in a building of 21 floors, 230 suites 65% corporate clientèle for a medium and long term stays. Supervised the daily operations of the Front Desk Staff. Responded to guest's special requests and needs. Accommodating groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction. Resolving staff issues and providing open communication between the different departments. Hired and trained office staff and advised management on behaviour related issues.

Participated in the upstart of a recreation facility consisting of three restaurants, a bar, club video and a Movie theatre. Helped in designing and decorating the centre using local furniture and fixture. Supervised and Recruited staff.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of a major Canadian chain of clothing store in accordance with company policy. Was part of Les Industries Metropolis , over 100 boutique in Canada mainly in Quebec state Trained employees and managed their schedules. Developed a marketing strategy with emphasis on customer satisfaction that helped the store to increase sales and profits.
