As “Acting Manager” I developed a team that initially did not exist to a fully-functioning Simulation & Analysis department comprising three FEA Engineers and two trainee engineers. In the first half of 2015 I benchmarked commercial FEA software solutions, configured and purchased the necessary licenses, installed and maintained the systems, and coordinated training courses in FEA.
