From 01/11/2018 in Network Support role to manage and support Cisco,HP switch, router, voice gateway etc. at Alascom Services head office in Milan. Completed Project: Network Consultant at United Nations Logistics Base UNLB( NCC Operator of UN) from 18/03/2015 until 31/10/2018 at Brindisi,Italy. Network Operation, Configuration and Monitoring of UNGSC DPKO HUB network.

I worked in Banglalion Communications Ltd as a 2nd Level NOC Engineer under Network operation Center with 4/5 people team lead. I was responsible for smooth operation of WiMAX network in Bangladesh.Manage and Maintain ZTE OMC-R (OMM) system and overall switching network (NMS).

I worked in Augere WiMAX Radio Network Planning with Huawei WiMAX BTS. -Perform RFS, and TSS with proper documentation (Report) -Frequency planning,Coverage planning using Atol,Map info, Google Earth. -Propose full BTS implementation plan based on better performing (Clutter) scope of network(including indoor, and outdoor planning). -Full planning of BTS room, and BTS antenna (Height, Azimuth, and Tilt).

I worked in UCE as a RF Engineer in QUBEE HUAWEI WiMAX RF site Servey Project,Grameen phone-Huawei BTS swap project and Grameen Phone 2G& 3G Network Optimization Project etc. Technical Skills and Expertise: - RF site hunting, RF Site Servey. -Technical Site Servey(TSS), Line of Sight Check in Site Surveys(LOS Survey) -WiMAX Pre,Post and SSV Drive Test using XCAL-X, GSM Functionality Test DT using TEMS Investigation 8.0.3,Cluster Drive Test, Network Benchmarking ,Radio Network Optimization etc.

I worked in "Friends Engineering" as a Project Engineer in NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORKS 2G and 3G BTS upgradation Project (NSN AXIATA PROJECT), Huawei Technology BTS swap project,Grameen Phone BTS swap Project for 2G and 3G network implementation. Skills are- Installation ,Commissioning and Integration, of Nokia Flexi EDGE BTS (2.5 G & 3G), Micro BTS and worked directly with GSM 900, GSM 1800(DCS) frequency band.
