In the role of the Head of Network and Data Center Operations I am responsible to deliver IT leadership and ownership and ensure successful project delivery. Project leadership responsibility in this role consist in shaping a team of diverse individuals (employees and contractors, some from different organizations) into a force that produces measureable project results.

Senior Expert in design, planning and delivery of high-performance IP technology infrastructures and applications used within GSM, UMTS and LTE. I’m extensively qualified in all facets of projects life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through implementation, documentation, audits, user training for SGSN, GGSN, MME, S/P-GW, PCRF and enhancement in large international corporate environments.

In this position I was responsible for the planning, configuration, installation and testing of the Cisco CMX solution and additionally the LAN and Backbone networks used within GPRS/UMTS part from PS core in the mobile communication networks. My team was formed from Cisco IP Experts with deep understanding of the global IP & networking topics and a good know-how about security, routing and routed protocols.
