I used to work in multicultural environment where English was spoken daily. The content of my work differed based on project type and character of the client. My work required analytical as well as creative, innovative thinking, proactive behavior, self-reliance, dynamics, ability to learn fast new things and ability to adjust quickly to new conditions and environments, flexibility, willingness to travel, team-spirit, stress resistance, organizational, presentation, negotiating and communication skills.

I guide people to perform changes in their lives. In life coaching I focus mainly on career coaching, however we also solve dilemmas or problems in other aspects of life. In business coaching I work with individuals accroding to their actual needs. I work using Results Coaching Systems metodology.

As a web content consultant I help my clients to create attractive, made to stick web content using my own web content metodology. Using coaching principles, I transform client's ideas, wants and needs into interesting and useful content with aim to bring more visitors on web pages and change them into customers.
